Vineyard located in Villamediana de Iregua; “La Sacristana”, at 500 metres above sea level.
Shallow soils with a marked alluvial character.
Distinctive maceration and cold pressing for 4 hours, with the aim of extracting the most delicate nuances of the fruit. Fermentation takes place mainly in concrete tanks (90%), while the remaining 10% takes place in 500 L French oak Bocoy barrels.
Aged for 4 months on its fine lees.
Appearance: Bright wine, golden yellow with greenish hints.
