A garnet red wine of good intensity and brightness with intense fresh red fruit, liquorice, mineral, spiced and balsamic aromas. Silky, velvety and subtle on the palate, with fresh acidity, soft tannins and great persistence.
Harvest selected in 20 kg boxes. Fermentation in 500 L French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts for 18 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place over 3 months in oak barrels, in contact with the lees and with daily stirring.
AGEING
Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.
