A mountain tempranillo from vines over 40 years old: a distinct, fresh fruit from the clay soils of Alto Najerilla, aged in barrels for 8 months, providing structure without obscuring the purity or unique characteristics of each plot.
Vineyards located in Camprovín (Alto Najerilla) at over 700 metres altitude, with an average age of over 40 years. Clay and reddish soils.
HARVEST
Hand-harvested in 300 kg boxes.
WINEMAKING
The grapes are carefully unloaded in boxes and hand-sorted on selection tables. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, fully preserving the purity of the fruit and reflecting in the wine the unique characteristics of each vineyard plot.
