A wine with a vibrant greenish yellow colour, with aromas of banana and tropical fruits, and toasted notes. An exceptional texture on the palate: dry, fruity and well-balanced.
Vineyard located in Villamediana de Iregua – “laderas costanazo” – at 500 metres above sea level.
SOIL
Shallow soils with a marked alluvial character.
WINEMAKING
Distinctive maceration and cold pressing for 10 hours, with the aim of extracting the most delicate nuances of the fruit. Fermentation takes place mainly in concrete tanks (85%), while the remaining 15% takes place in American oak barrels, adding structure and complexity to the wine.
AGEING
Aged for 3 months on its fine lees.
