Vineyard located in Villamediana de Iregua, on the “laderas de Costanazo” slopes, at 500 metres above sea level.
Low-temperature maceration and gentle cold pneumatic pressing. Settling in narrow concrete tanks. Controlled fermentation at 15°C for 30 days.
Appearance: Straw yellow colour.
Nose: Intense aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers.
Palate: Fresh acidity on the palate with a smooth and creamy texture.
