Cherry red with brilliant intensity, intense and powerful on the nose, with notes of cooked red fruits, toasted accents and aromatic herbs. Full bodied and well structured, with good acidity and excellent balance.
Harvested in 500 kg boxes. Fermentation for 18 days followed by 18 months ageing in French and American oak. Minimum bottle ageing of 18 months.
