Distinctive maceration and cold pressing for 6 hours, with the aim of extracting the most delicate notes of the fruit. Fermentation takes place 100% in concrete tanks.
Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels on its fine lees.

Nose: Very elegant and complex, with stone fruit aromas, sweet notes and toasted touches from the ageing.
