A brilliant cherry red colour wine with fresh aromas of red fruits and vanilla. On the palate it is pleasant and balanced, with a sweet and persistent finish.
San Vicente de la Sonsierra and the surroundings of Logroño (Viana).
WINEMAKING
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 15 days. Natural stabilisation and filtration using cellulose pads.
AGEING
Subsequent ageing in American oak barrels for 12 months. Minimum bottle ageing of 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Fine, bright cherry red colour. Nose: Fresh aromas of red fruits and vanilla. Palate: Pleasant and balanced on the palate, with a sweet and persistent finish.
